Abu Dhabi-based CYVN Holdings said today it has completed its acquisition of McLaren Automotive and a non-controlling stake in McLaren Racing from Mumtalakat, Bahrain's sovereign wealth fund.
The deal, which followed a strategic agreement signed in December 2024, has received regulatory approvals and met customary closing conditions, CYVN said in a statement .
