Riyadh- Under the patronage of Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majed Al-Hogail, the National Development Housing Foundation (Sakan) inaugurated its participation in the Cityscape Global exhibition by signing a SAR4.8 billion agreement with the ministry’s Developmental Housing Program.
The agreement aims to provide suitable housing for 16,000 needy families as part of the Waad product, which contributes to increasing homeownership among the most vulnerable families.
Deputy Minister for Developmental Housing Talal Alkhunaini highlighted the importance of enhancing partnerships to achieve significant progress in the housing sector.
Sakan Secretary-General Abdulaziz Alkaridis emphasized that the agreement represents a major step in promoting non-profit housing solutions, reflecting the institution's commitment to sustainable impact for beneficiary families.
