Manama: Silah Gulf, Bahrain-based outsourcing solutions provider, yesterday announced it has won four awards at the 11th annual MECC (Middle East Contact Centre) Awards ceremony in Dubai.
The company’s chief executive Ricardo Langwieder-Görner, who received the awards, said the winning categories are Best Large Outsourced Service Provider (OSP), Best New Help Desk (Airline), Best Small Help Desk – National Contact Centre (NCC) and Best OSP Reporting System and Process .
