Manama Club have been officially declared 3-0 loser after fielding seven foreign players on pitch against A'ali Club in the 14th round of the Nasser Bin Hamad Premier League.
It comes after A'ali Club filed a complaint to the Bahrain Football Association, which was reviewed and a decision taken urgently by the disciplinary committee.
The match ended last week 1-1.
