In a resolution issued by acting Kuwaiti Prime Minister and Interior Minister Shaikh Fahad Al Sabah, citizenship will now be granted based on DNA.
DNA and biometric scans of fingerprints, irises and faces, as well as genetic trait analysis will be used to decide on citizenship, according to the official gazette Kuwait Al Youm.
