Bahrain’s Ambassador to the US Shaikh Abdulla bin Rashid Al Khalifa emphasised that the US-Bahrain Free Trade Agreement (FTA), in effect since 2006, ensures full tariff exemption for all American goods exported to the kingdom.The ambassador noted that the agreement, the first of its kind between the US and a Gulf state, has established a strong and effective economic partnership .
