Bahrain’s highest court has upheld a BD10,000 fine issued against an Arab conman, who scammed five people out of BD97,000 by running a fraudulent investment scheme.
The expatriate was sentenced to seven years behind bars by the High Criminal Court in December 2023 for electronic fraud, but recently received a pardon relieving him of jail time .
