Irish driver Alexander Dunne of Rodin Motorsport won the 32-lap feature race this afternoon in the FIA Formula Two Championship at Bahrain International Circuit in Sakhir.
The event wrapped up the support series programme of the Formula One Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix 2025.
Dunne had a tremendous start from fourth on the grid, immediately moving up to second and then taking over the lead from Italian Leonardo Fornaroli of Invicta Racing on the seventh lap.
Following his pit-stop on lap 16, Dunne was able to return to the track in first place, and then charged to the finish from there, winning by a comfortable 8.244 seconds from Briton Luke Browning of Hitech TGR.
Fornaroli finished third 19.433s behind.
