Bahraini families moving into new government houses are renting out their rundown properties to labourers, leading to mushrooming of unregistered accommodations, it has emerged.
Labour officials have raised concerns about the dilapidated houses, in which mostly illegal expatriates live, as they pose major health and safety risks .
