A Kuwaiti man assaulted a delivery driver and broke his hand after a dispute erupted over the content of the order.
The driver then went to the police station to file a complaint, presenting a medical report showing the fracture. The suspect was subsequently summoned for questioning but turned violent during the interrogation, breaking an ashtray over a police officer's head and causing injury.
The man was then detained, and two felony assault charges were levied against him, one for each person he assaulted.
A misdemeanour charge was also filed against him for the assault on the police officer, and further legal action is being taken.
