HANDBALL – AL Ahli and Al Shabab will be clashing tonight in the final of the 2024-25 Bahrain Handball Federation (BHF) Cup.
The game is scheduled for a 7.30pm throw-off at the BHF Arena in Umm Al Hassam.
Ahli qualified for the title-decider after edging past Al Tadhamun 36-35 in a thrilling semi-final that went into a penalty shootout, while Shabab joined them after beating Al Najma 20-19 in their tightly contested encounter in the last four.
Ahli will be looking to be the first team other than Najma to win the cup since the 2016-17 season, which was also the last time they lifted the prestigious trophy.
