BREAKING NEWS: Bahrain’s Eunice Chumba finished in the top 10 in the women’s marathon this morning on the concluding day of the Paris 2024 Olympics.
Chumba completed the 42.2-kilometre event in a time of two hours 26 minutes 10 seconds for 10th place as all three of the kingdom’s participating athletes made it to the finish.
Tigist Gashaw was 34th in 2:30:53 and Rose Chelimo came 43rd in 2:32:08.
