Dubai luxury project developer Damac Properties has announced the launch of Canal Heights 2, a 45-storey tower in Dubai offering luxury waterfront living, amidst the city’s starlit financial and shopping backdrop.
This comes soon after the successful launch of the first branded tower within its Canal Heights project, stated the developer.
Located on the shores of Dubai Canal in the heart of Business Bay, Canal Heights 2 will embody the essence of blue topaz in its interiors, which are co-branded by Swiss jeweller de Grisogono, it added.

Canal Heights 2 will offer a range of layouts from studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments as well as three- and four-bedroom super luxury duplexes with views of Business Bay district, and Sheikh Zayed Road, he stated.
