Dubai: Signature floating villas are what they call it. Austrian developer Kleindienst Group is about to complete its project ‘Heart of Europe’ resort at Dubai’s The World islands.
Recently, the company e-invited prospective investors and other interested parties to view the first of its revolutionary floating homes, reported Arabianbusiness.
In the email invite, the company said the world’s first ‘Floating Seahorse’ had reached “substantial completion on 15th December 2015 in dry docks”.
The master bedroom and bathroom will be totally submerged underwater with views of the surrounding coral reef and marine life – “an environment in which seahorses can live and breed in their natural habitat in the Arabian Gulf,” Kleindienst has said in previous promotional material.
