A man who was sentenced to one year in prison for assaulting policeman has appealed at the Supreme Criminal Appeals Court.
In March, the High Criminal Court had also fined the 31-year-old individual from a neighbouring country BD50, with the judges ordering that he be permanently deported after completing his sentence .
