A huge fire broke out at Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi on Friday afternoon.
A large plume of black smoke was seen above Ferrari World and Yas Marina Circuit at about 2pm local time.

Emergency services swiftly responded to the blaze.
Abu Dhabi Police blocked off the routes leading to and from the theme park area, redirecting traffic on Yas Bay to ensure emergency responders could access the site.
"Teams from Abu Dhabi Police and Abu Dhabi Civil Defence have attended to a fire that broke out on a construction site this afternoon on Yas Island," Abu Dhabi Police said in a statement on their social media platform. They further asked Abu Dhabi residents to obtain updates only from official sources.
