Boxing – Supreme Council for Youth and Sports first deputy chairman, General Sports Authority chairman, and Bahrain Olympic Committee president Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa issued yesterday Edict (14) of 2025, appointing the Bahrain Boxing Federation’s (BBF) board of directors.
According to the edict, the BBF board for the 2025-28 term has been appointed, with Rashid Isa Fleifel as president.
The board members include Samer Ishaq Yaqoub, Yasser Ali Mohammed Al Qashar, Salman Nasser Salman Salem, and Badr Raji Abdulrahman Katmato.
Shaikh Khalid also issued Edict (13) of 2025 on the appointment of the Bahrain Judo Federation (BJF) board of directors.
According to the edict, the BJF board for the 2025-28 term has been appointed, with Dr Faisal Khalid Kanoo as president.
The members include Abdulrahman Taha Mahmood Faqihi, Hakim Awad Aqla, Salem Mohammed Ayedh Al Otaibi, Mohammed Masha’allah Mohammed, Abdullah Jassim Najm Al Mannai, and Alaa Khalid Al Qattan.
