A debate on establishing a national sports fund in Bahrain to foster the development of a robust support system for all athletes has been put off following a legal glitch.
During the weekly Shura Council session yesterday, Parliament and Shura Council Affairs Minister Ghanim Al Buainain pointed out that without the feedback of the upper chamber’s financial and economic affairs committee there could be no discussions on the proposed legislation .
