A Gulf national has been fined BD220,000 after he was found guilty of smuggling thousands of kilos of Indian chewing tobacco into Bahrain.The acting head of the Tax Evasion Unit at the Financial Crimes and Money Laundering Prosecution Office said the ruling was issued by the Fifth Minor Criminal Court, which also ordered his deportation .
