THE Supreme Criminal Appeals Court will, on August 21, review an appeal by an expatriate businessman who was sentenced to life in prison for smuggling mind-altering drugs from Oman in his luggage.
Last month, the High Criminal Court had found the 33-year-old Bangladeshi guilty of smuggling almost 5kg of heroin and methamphetamine .
