The Kuwaiti criminal court sentenced a military man to 10 years after he tried to encourage his colleagues to conspire and detonate an explosive in Camp Arifjan, an American base in Kuwait.
The conspirator learned bomb-making and was planning a suicide bombing with an explosive belt. He was caught by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior along with two others, who were cleared of any wrongdoing.
It was later revealed that the man had published videos in support of ISIS and had links to them.
