The St. Regis Abu Dhabi has appointed Carolin Henze as Director of Sales.
Joining The St. Regis Abu Dhabi in 2018 as Sales Manager, Henze's exceptional problem-solving skills, extensive specialist experience and infectious positive attitude saw her quickly work her way up the career ladder.
Just a year after joining the palatial hotel in the heart of the UAE capital, the ambitious professional was promoted to Account Director of Leisure Travel in 2019. This was followed by a further elevation to the position of Assistant Director of Sales & Distribution in 2022, before she finally gained her new role as Director of Sales in April 2023.
Bringing nine years of sales experience in luxury hospitality, including with leading hotel brands such as the One&Only Reethi Rah in the Maldives, Henze will continue to work closely with the multi-property Director of Revenue Strategy and the Director of Marketing and Communications, to curate market strategies and enhance approaches to key segments.
Her many responsibilities include overseeing the company’s extensive portfolio of corporate and FIT accounts, maximising sales, boosting hotel revenues, as well as managing, supervising and mentoring the entire sales and reservations team.
