Aventure Aviation was named Parts Supplier of the Year for the Middle East region at the Aviation Achievement Awards gala, held at the Ritz Carlton, Dubai on February 28.
Established in 2013, the annual awards are organised by Creative Middle East Media, the parent company of MEA Business Aviation and MEA Finance Magazine.
Aventure Aviation Senior Vice President Amyr Qureshi arrived from the US to accept the award on behalf of the company.
Significant inventory
"We have been serving the Middle East since Aventure's founding in 2001, and our customers here really appreciate the commercial and military parts services we provide," said Qureshi. "We are proud to have a significant inventory that is ready-to-go with full trace and current tags for Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier and Embraer aircraft, as well as for the Lockheed C-130 and F-16."
"This award highlights and honors the exceptional example of growth, innovation, resilience, teamwork, and leadership exhibited by Aventure over the last year," said Kenneth Mitchen, Executive Director and Publisher of Creative Middle East Media.
"Our presence at the gala reinforces Aventure's commitment to serve the region," said Saurabh Tripathi, Aventure's Regional Director for Asia.
MRO Middle East
Aventure Aviation will attend MRO Middle East, held from March 1 to 2 in Dubai. This comes less than two weeks after Aventure announced a significant acquisition of seven Boeing 737NGs from WestJet, Canada's second-largest airline.
"All parts removed from our teardowns are outsourced for maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) work. In the last month and a half, we outsourced over $1.2 million in component refurbishment, and we are always looking for shops that provide a fast turn around and competitive pricing," added Tripathi.
“We were delighted to attend the awards ceremony, meet with VIP dignitaries, major airlines, industry professionals, and key executive decision makers," said Aventure Sales Manager for Asia, Salman Basheer. "We are delighted to be recognised with this award, and look forward to our meetings at MRO Middle East, and to visiting our customers in the region."-- TradeArabia News Service
