More than 2,000 devotees attended special prayers as the Sikh community in Bahrain celebrated the 553rd birth anniversary of Guru Nanak, the founder of the religion who was born in 1469.
Indian Ambassador Piyush Srivastava was chief guest at the event which was held at the Sikh Community Centre in Salmabad .
