MANAMA: Alba has rolled out its board-approved environment, social and governance (ESG) roadmap underlining the company’s strong commitment to Bahrain’s objective of net zero emissions by 2060.
The smelter’s chief executive Ali Al Baqali held a presentation on Alba’s ESG roadmap last Wednesday in a hybrid format – both in-person and via the virtual platform – which was attended by company executives, directors, employees and contractors’ workers .
