Cairo: A Saudi Arabian Airlines plane made an emergency landing at Cairo International Airport to provide treatment for a Turkish passenger who fell sick.
The plane was en route from Turkey to King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh when the Turkish passenger suffered a heart attack as the jet was entering Egypt’s airspace.
The patient was rushed to Heliopolis Hospital in Cairo while the plane resumed its flight to Riyadh, according to a report in Egyptian daily youm7.
