Sunni Endowments Council chairman Dr Shaikh Rashid bin Mohammed Al Hajeri laid the foundation stone for the construction of the Lulwa bint Abdulaziz Al Ali Al Bassam Mosque in northern Riffa, Southern Governorate.
This follows the directive of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to open, renovate, and restore 40 mosques under the Sunni and Jaafari Endowments Directorates across Bahrain .
