Arcapita, a global alternative investment firm, and DSV, a global logistics leader, announced yesterday the development of a 30,000 square metre build-to-suit warehouse in Dubai’s Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA).
The state-of-the-art facility, designed to meet the highest international standards, will feature advanced automation systems and focus on sustainability.
“This project reflects the evolving needs of the logistics sector,” said Arcapita director of real estate investments Isa Al Khalifa.
“This warehouse underscores our commitment to providing innovative and sustainable logistics solutions for our clients,” said Chrys Mendonca, managing director of DSV Dubai.
The warehouse will support key industries like healthcare, consumer and retail, and technology.
