A man who allegedly attempted to rob a bank in Canada had to flee on foot after his getaway vehicle was stolen.
According to the Canadian police, the man drove to a branch of BMO bank in downtown Hamilton and parked his vehicle outside before barging into the facility.
He then started demanding money, implying that he had a weapon. However, he eventually ran out without taking anything after being confronted by bank employees ... only to find out that his bike was gone.
The man was left with no option but to escape on foot.
CCTV images later revealed that another man stole the bike as the robbery drama was unfolding inside the bank.
Officers are hunting for both suspects and have asked anyone with information on the incidents to contact them.
