A PROPOSAL to establish a National Sports Fund was provisionally approved for review by the Shura Council during its weekly session yesterday.In a significant move to bolster Bahrain’s sports sector, the upper chamber of the National Assembly gave its nods to a proposal by five council members led by youth committee chairman Redha Monfaradi .
