Riyadh - Under the patronage of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Governor of Riyadh Region Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz inaugurated the third edition of the Global Conference for Giftedness and Creativity on Sunday.
The conference, organized by the King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity "Mawhiba," will be held at the King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC) in Riyadh from November 24 to 26.
Themed "Beyond Creative Minds," the conference aims to showcase the potential of the gifted, develop a comprehensive care system to support them, bolster integration and strategic partnerships, and enhance opportunities for global exchange and cooperation.
The conference brings together a select group of experts and talented individuals in science, technology, and innovation, engaging more than 300 talented individuals and local and international speakers from over 50 countries.
The conference encompasses six dialogue sessions and eight workshops, in addition to Creative Creation, with its four tracks and engaging keynote speakers.
Through these events, participants seek innovative, creative solutions to contemporary challenges.
An accompanying exhibition and various cultural visits are also taking place on the conference sidelines.
Upon his arrival at the conference venue, Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz was received by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the King Abdullah Humanitarian Foundation, Prince Miteb bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Education Yousef Al-Benyan, Chairman of Mawhiba's Board of Directors Suleiman Al-Zaben, and Acting Secretary-General of Mawhiba Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Sharif.
