In line with His Majesty King Hamad’s National Action Plan for achieving carbon neutrality and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister’s National Tree Week initiative, Finance and National Economy Minister Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa planted several trees at the ministry’s headquarters along with officials and employees.
Shaikh Salman highlighted the significance of National Tree Week in promoting environmental security and a culture of environmental protection through expanding green spaces, contributing to environmental preservation and the sustainability of resources by implementing initiatives and policies that ensure a safer and higher-quality future for all .
