TENNIS – The 11th Ebrahim K Kanoo Juniors Open tournament concluded on Saturday at the Bahrain Tennis Club (BTC) courts with Boys U-16 Singles final between Ahmed Al Sayed and Faisal Maseeh with the latter winning 6-2, 6-4 to take the crown. The prize giving ceremony that followed was attended by EK Kanoo vice chairman Fuad Ebrahim Kanoo, Bahrain Tennis Federation president Shaikh Abdulaziz bin Mubarak AL Khalifa, Khalid Fuad Kanoo, Ayman Shahadeh, Ammar Bubshait, His Majesty King Hamad’s adviser for youth and sports Affairs Saleh Bin Hindi, BTC honorary president Dr Ali Fakhro, BTC president Khamis AL Muqla, BTC member Dr Faisal AL Mosawi and other officials. The other age category winners were: Abdullah Nasser – U-8 singles, Abdullah Shaheen – U-10 singles, Talal Al Sayed – Boys U-14 singles, Sophia Bader – Girls U-12 singles, Mariam Yasser – Girls U-14 singles, Abdulrahaman Al Dosseri & Talal Al Sayed – Boys U-14 doubles.
