A PROPOSAL for a three-day weekend, stretching from Friday to Sunday, has been submitted by a few MPs, who assert that it would boost productivity of employees and significantly improve work quality. Five legislators led by Mohammed Al Olaiwi have put forth the recommendation, which follows the Sharjah model, to Parliament Speaker Ahmed Al Musallam .
