Bahrain Red Crescent Society (BRCS) has signed an agreement with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to collaborate and advance meaningful and effective humanitarian and relief efforts, particularly in times of armed conflict and situations involving violence.
It outlines the mutual commitment of both parties to engage in open and constructive dialogue while assessing and managing their humanitarian responses .
