A cochlear implant operation for a girl aged one year and 10 months was successfully performed at the King Hamad University Hospital.The operation, led by consultant and ear, nose and throat surgeon Dr Omar Sabra, and his team was held in co-operation between the Royal Medical Services, King Hamad University Hospital and Al Mabarrah Al Khalifia Foundation .
