Oil and Environment Minister, Special Envoy for Climate Affairs Dr Mohammed Bin Daina took part in the 10th summit of the African, Caribbean and Pacific Organisation (OACPS) in Angola’s capital Luanda.
The summit was held under the slogan “Three Continents, Three Oceans, a Common Destiny: Building a Resilient and Sustainable OACPS .
