AN illegal carpentry workshop doubling up as an unlicensed labour accommodation has prompted councillors to demand the immediate closure of the property.
Numerous complaints were received regarding the property in Salmabad, which according to area councillor Faisal Shabeeb, has been operating illegally as a labour accommodation for the past 20 years .
