The owner of a restaurant has been charged with the wrongful death of two men who died in February when a building in Arad collapsed after an unsecured gas cylinder in the man’s establishment exploded.
The two killed in the tragic accident were Bangladeshi barber Shymol Chandra Shill and Bahraini customer Ali Abdulla Al Ahmed, while the former was giving the latter a haircut .
