In alignment with Bahrain’s visionary goals to promote clean energy and sustainability, Abdul Lateef Khalid Al Aujan Warehousing & Logistics Co., a subsidiary of Al Aujan Group, has partnered with Kanoo CleanMax, a leading developer of renewable energy sources in Bahrain.
The partnership will launch one of the largest solar energy initiatives in the warehousing and logistics sector in the kingdom.
The strategic agreement, executed through Kanoo CleanMax Renewables Assetco, was signed on behalf of the Abdul Lateef Khalid Al Aujan Group by its chairman, Abdul Lateef Khalid Al Aujan. Ali Abdulla Kanoo, president of Kanoo

This agreement underscores Bahrain’s commitment to global climate accords and sustainable development.
This pioneering project, supervised by Clenergize Consultants, entails the construction of a 1618 kWp solar power plant. Upon completion, the plant is projected to generate 2,750,600 kWh of clean energy annually, meeting 100 per cent of the facility’s electricity needs.
This initiative not only cements the group’s position as a sustainability leader but also sets a precedent for energy-efficient practices within the sector. The project leverages Kanoo CleanMax’s zero-capital expenditure solar solution, enabling Abdul Lateef Khalid Al Aujan Group to achieve its sustainability targets while significantly reducing electricity costs.
