BAHRAIN is to create an Academic Excellence Authority to bring together top students with the aim of fostering exchange of knowledge.This was announced by His Majesty King Hamad’s representative for humanitarian work and youth affairs and Supreme Council for Youth and Sport (SCYS) chairman Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa yesterday during a SCYS meeting yesterday .
