AN underground channel that will transport water from Buhair Valley to the mangroves in Tubli Bay was inaugurated yesterday.
The new, four-kilometre-long storm drainage pipe will eliminate the problem of water accumulation in Buhair Valley which has for years been a breeding ground for mosquitoes .
