Action in the 2024-25 Nasser Bin Hamad Bahrain Premier League resumes this week with the eighth round of matches, to be held across three nights from tomorrow to Friday.
The Bahrain Football Association has released an amended schedule of matches for the eighth to 11th weeks of play.
Tomorrow evening, Sitra face off with Al Malkiya while Al Ahli take on bottom side East Riffa. On Thursday, defending champions Al Khaldiya go up against Bahrain Club and then league leaders Muharraq battle Riffa in a mammoth clash. On Friday, A’ali take on Al Najma and Manama face off with Al Shabab.
All matches are scheduled for 7pm kick-offs, and they will be played at separate venues on each night, including Shaikh Ali bin Mohammed Al Khalifa Stadium in Arad and Khalifa Sports City Stadium in Isa Town.
Also in the coming week, a pair of rescheduled games from the third week of league play will be held. Khaldiya take on Ahli and then Sitra face off with Riffa in a thrilling encounter between two top-four teams.
