Bahrain: OWNERS of new homes and buildings in Bahrain will now be obliged to have separate connections for waste water in a bid to save millions of dinars on water treatment.
The Works, Municipalities and Urban Planning Affairs Ministry has approved a proposal from the Northern Municipal Council aimed at recyling greywater – the relatively clean waste water from baths, sinks, washing machines and other kitchen appliances .
