A project to increase the processing of sewage at the Tubli Waste Water Treatment Plant is getting closer to completion, according to Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Minister Essam Khalaf.The work on the second phase of the project to improve the efficiency of the biological processing of sewage at the Tubli Centre using the high-tech Hapex system is on track for completion within the second quarter of this year .
