Bahrain: A prestigious heritage training and research centre will open in Muharraq on Saturday, Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities president Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa has said. The Dar Al Muharraq project comprises the transformation of the existing Dar Jinaa in the old city of Muharraq as well as an extension on a neighbouring plot, into a research centre for traditional folk music .
