MANAMA: The Arab Petroleum Investments Corporation (Apicorp), a multilateral development bank in which Bahrain owns three per cent stake, has appointed energy and commodities strategy and policy expert Dr Leila Benali as chief economist.
Dr Benali joins the bank from Saudi Aramco where she handled energy policy and gas strategy .
