HSBC Bank Middle East, Bahrain branch, has entered into a binding agreement to transfer its retail banking business to Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait (BBK), one of the largest retail and commercial banks in Bahrain.
The transaction, subject to regulatory approval, is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025 .
