CRICKET – Registration is now open for the Bahrain Keraleeya Samajam (BKS) Flood Light Soft Ball Cricket Tournament, scheduled to take place at the BKS premises from March 1 to 25.
The event is part of its ongoing commitment to promoting sporting talent and fostering community engagement.
BKS president P V Radhakrishna Pillai and Varghese Karakkal officially announced the tournament in a Press statement yesterday.
The tournament is set to bring together top cricket teams from across Bahrain, offering a thrilling experience filled with competition, camaraderie, and entertainment for sports enthusiasts of all ages.
“The BKS Flood Light Soft Ball Cricket Tournament will be a grand sporting event, uniting some of the best cricket teams in Bahrain,” said BKS indoor games secretary Noushad Mohammed.
“It is an opportunity to celebrate the passion for cricket while strengthening our sense of community.”
Registration for the tournament is open until Saturday.
The highly anticipated finale is scheduled for the last week of March, promising an electrifying conclusion to the event.
“With hundreds of spectators, participants and media attention expected throughout the tournament, we are excited to host this spectacular cricketing event,” said BKS Flood Light Soft Ball Cricket Tournament 2025 convenor Shaji Antony.
