IN a historic achievement, the Capital Governorate has been recognised as a ‘Healthy Governorate’ by the World Health Organisation (WHO), making it the first in the Middle East to receive the accolade.Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa received the WHO accreditation certificate yesterday in the presence of Capital Governor Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa and Health Minister Dr Jalila Al Sayyed .
